The existing building received a comprehensive renovation as part of the project. All mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems were upgraded. Interior spaces were reconfigured to accommodate the current educational program and provide appropriately sized space. Finishes were repaired and updated. The exterior building envelope received upgrades including new windows and doors, new roofing, new flashing, brick restoration and cleaning. Additions accommodated a new pool facility and support spaces, a new Western lobby entrance, classrooms, kitchen and a loading dock for the receiving area.
